1. Using HireMaze
HireMaze provides software for managing recruitment, employees, clients, documents, tasks, and related business activities.
You must:
- Provide accurate account information.
- Keep your account secure.
- Use HireMaze only for lawful purposes.
- Make sure you have the right to upload and use the data you add to HireMaze.
You must not:
- Use HireMaze for illegal activities.
- Attempt to access another user's account or our systems without permission.
- Upload malware or harmful content.
- Copy, reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or misuse the Service.
2. Your Data
You own the data you add to HireMaze.
We use your data only to provide and operate the Service and as described in our Privacy Policy.
We disclose your data to a government or law enforcement authority only when the law requires it, and we handle such requests as set out in our Privacy Policy.

HireMaze is currently free while we onboard our initial customers.
If we introduce paid plans, we will inform you of the applicable pricing and payment terms before charges apply.
4. Intellectual Property
HireMaze owns its software, design, branding, trademarks, and other intellectual property.
You may use HireMaze only while your account is active and in accordance with these Terms.
5. Service Availability
We try to keep HireMaze available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the Service will always be available or error-free.
We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, security, updates, or other necessary reasons.
6. Suspension and Termination
You may close your account at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you seriously breach these Terms, misuse the Service, create a security or legal risk, or fail to pay applicable fees.
After termination, your data will be handled and deleted according to our Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimer
HireMaze is provided "as is" and "as available."
HireMaze is a software service and does not provide legal, tax, accounting, payroll, or employment advice. You are responsible for your own compliance with applicable laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HireMaze will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service.
Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any dispute will first be addressed through good-faith discussion between you and HireMaze. If it cannot be resolved, it will be subject to the courts having jurisdiction over HireMaze.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when necessary. For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice.
Continued use of HireMaze after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
