HireMaze for marketing agencies: common questions

Can I see how many hours each client takes?

Yes. Your team logs time on the tasks they work on, and each task sits in a client's project, so the time per client is there when you plan the next retainer.

Can clients approve creatives in HireMaze?

They can upload a signed-off file or approval against your request in their portal, and it is kept on their record with the date. Their portal doesn't show your internal boards.

Does HireMaze post to social media?

No. It doesn't connect to social or ad platforms.

How much does HireMaze cost?

HireMaze is free while we onboard our first firms, with no card required. When billing starts it will be priced per team member in rupees, and every onboarded firm will be told before anything changes.
